Your web privacy.
This notice explains the Nudge quiz and web membership service operated by BERG LLC. Updated September 25, 2026.
Your quiz answers
Your screen-time estimate and selected goal stay in the page while you use the quiz. We do not send those answers to Stripe or Meta.
Payments and activation
Stripe processes your payment information and subscription. Nudge stores the membership references needed to verify access and sends activation and recovery emails through Resend. Our membership service runs on Google Cloud. We do not receive your full card number. Technical requests may produce service logs needed to operate and protect the service.
Optional ad measurement
With your permission, Nudge also records which quiz steps you visit using a random visit identifier, and campaign/ad identifiers when available. We use these records to understand where visitors leave the quiz and connect consented visits with checkout and membership outcomes. These records contain no quiz answers or contact details and expire after 90 days. The visit identifier is kept in this tab for up to 30 minutes; billing records and consented attribution attached to a subscription are retained with the membership. Rejecting disables this optional quiz measurement too.
If you allow optional ad measurement, the Meta Pixel shares page visits, quiz step numbers, offer views and checkout starts. Meta receives technical information such as your IP address, browser information, page address and its cookie identifiers (_fbp and, when available, _fbc). These events do not include your answers. Nudge also shares trial starts and successful payments with Meta, including event dates, amounts, hashed email and customer identifiers, and an ad click identifier when available. Hashing does not make this information anonymous: Meta may match it to an account. This helps measure and improve Nudge advertising. We do not send quiz answers or screen captures in these events.
You can continue without agreeing. Use “Privacy choices” on the quiz to change your browser choice. We remember that choice on this browser for up to 180 days. Global Privacy Control turns browser sharing off. Declining or withdrawing stops future browser events and removes our first-party Meta cookies; it does not undo events already sent. Browser choices do not change an existing membership’s billing-reporting preference. To stop future sharing for a membership, open the membership link in your activation email and choose “Stop sharing future billing activity with Meta.” If you need a fresh link, use Manage membership. Withdrawal stops future reporting; it does not undo events already sent.
